Who's A Good Boy?

Twig was filled with different emotions it seemed like every day. She kept her mood swings quiet, but one moment she could be out having the time of her life and then start crying again. Tempo didn’t often leave her mind, but he was joined by Beat and Lyric. She was thankful to have the both of them but everything still seemed so hard.Having Corvus helped her too, she knew she had him to rely on. She could lean on him when life looked grim. He could make her smile so she could be strong for her nephews.

Her worried thoughts were blessedly interrupted by the sound of Beat’s voice over the horizon. She perked her delicate caramel ears before letting her paws bring her to his side. Twig wasn’t quite sure what she would have done without him. What she would do if he hadn’t broken through the shell of his ‘curse.’

She took a bit longer to get there than she wanted, but she was more tired from her patrol than she thought. With a bright grin on her features and a wag n her tail Twig approached Beat and offered him an eager snuggle as she sat close beside him. Even if they were together a lot she couldn’t help but show her affection for him. ”Beat, what have you got there?” She couldn’t help but spy the brightly colored flowers in his lovely basket.
