Star had been tracking the wild boar with no intention of actually hunting it. That would be crazy solo! However, there was no harm in having some good clean fun by poking said boar with a sharp stick and seeing how it would react. Star felt pretty confident that they were quick enough to avoid getting gored. The scent trail ended at the water's edge where a massive boar was rooting around in the mud, scooping up various odds and ends that had been swept up with the tide. Star squinted. Wait a minute… it was stuck! Scouting around Star also noticed two other wolves, both with bright colors on their pelts waiting the wild boar as well. Oooo, allies? Star crept toward them and spoke low. "I'll help for some food."
