drunken tunes [talroh]

Iroh had grown restless in his drunkenness. He found his way to his paws and stumbled away from the fire’s light and out into the moonlight. He skirted the waves as they came in, making his way much more gracefully over the sand in his head than in reality. He stumbled, and seemed to just barely hang onto his balance. Through it all the big brute kept a grin on his face. Mostly because he was singing all the way along. Maybe the lyrics were more in his heart than on his lips but they came from deep in his chest. He was jovial even as he teetered to and fro on the beachside.

Maybe not everything had gone to plan tonight but Iroh had very much enjoyed himself, though he was very close to forgetting a whole lot of it. He added in a great laugh as he tripped over his words as well as his paws and landed heavily in the sand. He continued to laugh amusedly, unable to quit because of how hilarious he found himself currently.
