A New Day

The woman did not have long to wait before the winds of change brought a new, interesting being across her path.

Now, Bells was used to creatures who were different. She had a companion in a Badger and a Tasmanian Devil after all. She was used to creatures of different sizes and odd colorations and yet, when she saw the small creature looking down at her from the ledge, the female could only feel her heartbeat race with anxiety. Perhaps it had been too long since she encountered a stranger… but her guard was up…

...but why?

This woman didn’t seem to be a threat…

She looked startled as well, and Bellamy frowned thoughtfully as she looked at the other.

“Uh… hi.” She quirked a brow as her green gaze noticed how the other woman’s ears flopped over.

How odd… were they broken? Was that normal?

It wasn’t one of those odd mutations at the very least…

Bellamy canted her head slightly to the side and gave a cocky smirk.

“Seems you have the high ground. What are you going to do with it?”
