Descending in the Night

Aranea scanned to cave walls and floor. Though her eyesight had adjusted well in the dark cavern, it was hard to see a long distance inside. She thought of Tamsyn's offer and could agree slightly, "I think it would be good to make sure we don't have other wolves or predators inside before getting comfortable." She finally looked toward the dark woman, squinting to her outline as it was a bit harder to see than her own. She would feel a bit more comfortable with Tamsyn leading first given her size and, unknown to Aranea, fighting skill, but she wouldn't come right out and say that of course. It wasn't that much of a secret or shameful for Aranea to say she was a coward in the face of battle but she wasn't going to tell the new stranger that they should through themselves into danger first.
