The night time was intended to be enjoyed, either in beautify sleep, or fun. She hadn’t stumbled across another delicious gathering since the beach party, but she still held out hope for night time antics. This forest… with the mist that began on the forest floor, and the lush green vines that grew upon dark branches. It was picturesque in a way that might offend the fainthearted.

A small bug light with internal light, like a little flame darted past her. She watched it with her eyes in fascination. It darted further away, and she found herself uncoiling her large frame, and moving slowly after the creature. One step, another. It landed upon a small blooming flower, and then it was away again.

The young fighter grinned freely, and followed it further, as it led her to a tree filled with its kind. The light like a small bonfire lighting up the night air. It was brighter than the crescent moon that hung somewhere above her. It lit upon the dark/silver girl that was, quite suddenly, before her.

Lorikeet’s smile grew slowly brighter, blossoming like a flower to the sun. “Hello, gorgeous, what brings you out into the night?”
