Crossing paths

The time he'd spent resting from his mission was far from over and now he had to start working to earn his keep again. Patrolling the borders was expected but he'd much rather do that later than settle on it now and be bored again later. Now seemed like the perfect time for a hunt, provided he could find someone to do it with. Even a spar would be great, especially with all the new members that seemed to have joined while he was away. Without Resin and Tamsyn around to battle for some real practice, he figured getting to know some of these other members was the way to go. Unless he could pester Sirius for a battle later, anyway...

There was a scent of another heading to the borders, likely on a patrol. Magnus preferred patrolling in the middle of the night or early mornings, so it was good that he didn't have that in mind now. Following the scent of the younger male, it wasn't long before he came upon a wheat colored wolf and let out a low boof to alert them to his presence as he approached.

"Speech!"
