She kept well out of range so it wouldn't be able to charge her in time to do damage. The girl growled, tail arching over her spine to make herself look larger. The boar was nipped and began to spin, but Asla was on it. She darted in, snapped at the edge of its jaw, then jumped back before it could swing to strike her.
