Ashur did his duty well. A short time later, both the leopard and the wolf came into view. Ashur leaped up into the tree and took Asla's place a she dropped to the ground. The young woman, surprisingly, wrapped Magnus up in an embrace. Did she mention that she liked him? He was one of the few wolves that had seen what she was and accepted her for it. "Good to see you too," she admitted. "Glad to have you back."

Stepping back, Asla sat and grinned. "I was hoping that you might want to hunt with me today. There are some smaller wild pigs that have moved into the area and I've a mind to dispatch some of them." The young wolf gave her head a playful tilt to the side, lavender eyes lifting at the corners as she smiled. "What do you say?"
