Not long after she settled, the demonic queen would be accompanied by an amethyst pelted dame who remained a smart distance away but greeted her nonetheless. The choice in words immediately amused Lurid, how could she be any more disturbed than she was already? Holographic lavender eyes slid over the well-built frame of the other woman, the witch could appreciate beauty and strength when she saw it. This one could be beneficial, even though Lurid would have to know her better to pass any real judgment. "I was disturbed long before you came along." Her dual-toned voice was eerie to behold, like two wolves talking at once, and while one whispered it could still be heard even over the roaring of the boiling lava. "Lurid Amarix, charmed, I'm sure." She gave a less creepy smile to the pretty stranger. Not much escaped her gaze, even not knowing the woman, Lurid could tell she held something back.

It wasn't often that Lurid actually found herself interested in the thoughts of another, but the way Adelphie looked down back at the flow of molten rock piqued her curiosity. "You seem...thoughtful. Tell me, what's on your mind?" She used a gentle tone, one that said she was curious but wouldn't exactly pry if the other didn't wish to speak on the internal mechanisms of her mind. Lurid so rarely wanted to hear other's thoughts, she hoped the other would share. There was another body here, may as well converse. Perhaps the purple woman knew something Lurid would find useful.
