"Beat Destruction"

Having been traveling quite a bit lately, Beat was trying to learn the world that he lived in. He'd traveled before, but he'd never really paid attention. His nose had always been to the ground. He'd been a shell of a wolf. Now that he was alive again, he intended to retrace his steps and see all of the things that he'd missed. So far he'd met a pretty woman that made his heart stop. He'd met a lovely and fierce young woman that hunted like no other. He'd made friends with a wolf named Star and a pup named Ulfr. His skills in hunting were advancing. Everything was looking up for the young man.

A scent drifted his way as he moved towards the desert. A scent that he knew, but couldn't quite place. It wasn't until he saw the form of the girl ahead that the scent clicked in his mind. "Aslaug!" Beat called out as he moved towards the earthen girl. They'd met before and had hunted together. Maybe she would want to spend some time with him today?

As Beat came in close, he noted the plethora of lizards basking on the various stone surfaces. Some scattered as he moved too close. It was interesting, to say the least. The young man didn't have much experience with lizards, but it looked as though he might be getting some. Looking to the girl, the black and white lad smiled. "Want to try hunting some lizards? I don't know if we can eat them, but the might be fun to catch." His head tilted slightly as he waited for her to reply. He hoped she'd like the idea.
