Indigo looked up from his embrace of her with one eye, a glimmer of humor in his eye. Rue could be his lighthouse. He’d look to her to guide him as he navigated this heartbreaking sea of emotion. Would she understand? Indy kept the secret to himself and squeezed her lightly to his chest.
