Bear Bonanza

Stjarna raced to the base of the mountain but slowed as they heard the old grizzly behind him roar in pain. Star risked a glance back and saw that one of the other males had seized hold of the bears thigh. It twisted around to get at its new attacker. Star saw that Lynvarr was working his way toward the cave so Star decided to focus on keeping the more aggressive bears distracted. Star leapt forward and latched onto the back of the bear's left arm. He thrashed his head seeking to do as much damage as possible. The bear's head reached around, giant fangs snapping at his head. Star quickly let go and shuffled back out of the way as the bear reached out and tried to claw him. Star leapt to the side and managed to avoid the claws but the bears giant paw swept his legs out from under him, causing him to fall to the ground.
