Elise giggled when he insisted that the booze was most likely the reason for how intoxicating he was to her, but she had to disagree. The last time they met she had been very much sober - unless there had been something about that tea that she didn't know about. He had easily pulled her into him seemingly without trying and that natural attraction was obviously there. She would be the first to admit that she was very much a flirt and found herself easily attracted to others, but this felt different and she couldn't figure out why. Her eyes met with his and it felt like the air got pulled out of the world around them as she easily lost herself in the intriguing, swirling colors of his eyes. The slightly more serious tone to his words didn't get past her and for a second she searched his eyes to see how truthful that seriousness was. She didn't see a hint of humor or lying in his expression and it took her breath away.

"I'm a dangerous drug to be addicted to," she replied softly after a moment, a little grin playing on her lips, though her voice held a similar seriousness to it. He had responsibility and a pack and a whole life that was settled and focused - all things she wasn't and she didn't know if she could ever be. She didn't want his addiction to her to derail any of those things for him, but she also couldn't deny the heavy attraction that made her want to come back to him again and again. Elise pressed her lips to his for a moment, letting her eyes flutter closed as she lost herself in him for a brief second, almost as if she was reminding herself that the attraction she felt was real and not just a byproduct of the alcohol that she had been consuming in excess this evening.

"But I'm addicted to you too..." she added as she broke their kiss, speaking softly against his lips. It felt like a dangerous game she was playing, as if she was poking at a fire without a stick. She felt like she was walking a tightrope and at any moment she was going to fall into something that would change everything. She didn't want to hurt him, but the pounding in her chest and her spinning mind urged her for more.
