fight post 3/3
Hattori felt confident he could have dealt with this alone, but at the very least he noted that the stranger could hold her own fairly well. Her way of fighting wasn't quiet as swift or as brutal as Hattori's but it got the job done, well enough that the shinobi didn't feel as though he needed to intervene for her sake. Instead he focused on the few dholes that surrounded him, the largest of the bunch who weren't nearly as hesitant or as skittish as the others. The packs veterans then? He mock lunged forward, his cold and callous gaze noting that they didn't skitter away as the others had, simply flinching a little in retaliation but still holding their ground. A wise choice, given that as soon as they turned their backs on him he'd strike again and hit just as hard as before.
His white talons were already painted with blood as he slashed the air once again, the largest of the dholes dipped out of the way and lunged for his throat whilst another swerved in from the side to attack his exposed flank. It was the right move to make but Hattori had expected they'd do as such. He squared his shoulder as he barged the second dhole out of the way, his sheer size and bulk sending her tumbling as the air was knocked from her lungs. As for the first, Hattori simply tucked in his neck, using the dhole's momentum against him as four horns pierced the soft flesh of it's throat with a sickening squish. The canine gagged for air, squirming weakly as it attempted to free itself only to land with a pained, gaspy whimper as Hattori shook it free. The second dhole watched on with wide, terrified eyes as she shakily got her to her paws, unable to look away from her fallen companion. Would she fight or flee?
