Alcohol was hardly the reason for his boldness, though he'd be lying if he said it wasn't helping let down his walls just a bit. Over the last year or so he'd grown bitter and angry, and that wasn't really who he was. The circumstances of all he had gone through had molded him, but what better act of defiance than letting go of everything that he'd been holding on to for so many seasons? Anger was merely an emotion, one easily let go of. There was simply too much to enjoy in this world to be miserable for long, as far as Kai was concerned. Slowly he swiveled himself around, before falling backwards onto his haunches - an act that took far more effort than he'd originally anticipated. He let out a huff as he steadied himself. "And what about you, gorgeous?"
