oh what tangled webs we weave
Lachlan!

It felt right to hold Lachlan. This wasn't what he'd had in mind for the night but he certainly wasn't complaining. Tyrian's 'what would Jupiter do' resolution hadn't lasted long, but perhaps that was for the better. He wasn't Jupiter and he didn't have the careless abandon of his nephew or the same depth of disregard for the feelings of others. For that reason it felt good to feel Lachlan relax into his embrace and know that he was responsible for putting him at ease. The feeling was deeply satisfying; so much so that the thought of prowling the sands for easy women with Lachlan was forgotten.
His ears shot up in surprise as Lachlan reached up to kiss him. It wasn't the shy peck he might have expected in return if he'd expected anything. Tyrian settled his arm over Lachlan and pulled him in tighter. He tasted like the drink they shared and his lips warmed Tyrian just as thoroughly. Lachlan was sweet and mild; so different than what Tyrian was used to. Normally he couldn't claim to know him but in the moment with a night of drinks at his back he was foolish enough to think he did. Lachlan felt right and warm and sweet, and with that small, confident kiss he sent Tyrian's heart racing.
Careful not to break away from him, Tyrian twisted over onto his side so he wasn't towering over Lachlan. He lifted his other paw and set it lightly on Lachlan's chest. From there it slid up to the hollow of his throat, his claws working through Lachlan's fur and brushing lightly on his skin, to cup Lachlan's cheek. He broke their kiss just long enough to murmur, "Is that all you want?"
