Back to the Beach

Hyperion continued to wander in circles in search of a scent. He didn't remember the beach being this trashy last night but then again he'd had a bit of a one track mind. The clay, the bottles, the blankets and animal scraps, they'd all just been insignificant details for him to navigate around in his pursuit of a good time. Come to think of it, the only time he'd noticed empty vessels had been when gone back to the cart at the end of the night and found it filled with nothing but empties. Of course he'd forgotten about that fairly quickly as a beautiful woman had beckoned him over. Heh.
First his ears then the rest of his head swiveled around as Shilah began to speak again. Ah, so the man was leaving, huh? Too bad. Hyperion would have liked to get to know him a little better. To thank him somehow for helping. Alas. "Nah, I got it, it's good. Thanks for walking with me. And for the luck too." He'd find them. Moving the group was like herding cats so they never went anywhere quickly. He just needed to flip over a couple more rocks. "See you around, Shilah."
