Haunted House (Eraithus)

You take a few shaky steps up the wooden stairs, fighting what feels like a much heavier keel to one side than you'd expect. You decide it'll be much more effort to fight the slant and walk up the right side of the stairs, suddenly a board gives out under your weight and you plunge leg first into the hole, your ankle smacking painfully on the interior structure of the stairs as you do so. You’re too focused on your pain to notice anything out of the ordinary as you push through the door.
