Halla slowly started to open up more as the conversation continued. A reserved, and introverted wolf she'd never really gotten accustomed to socialization and holding conversations but talking about healing was easier for her. "A tincture refers more to the liquid that extracts the healing properties of an herb. So if I were to put the bark in white wine wha results would be a tincture. If I were to boil the bark in water I'd have an infusion." She grinned. "I know, it's confusing. I'm not even really sure if there's a difference between an infusion and a tea." There was so much to learn, some times it could be a little overwhelming. "Anyway, you typically add a tincture to water to give it to a patient. They tend to be stronger." |
