The fur along his spine was still bristled, his lips set in an unyielding grimace as he paced swiftly through the plains and into Venom's domain. Hattori he'd left behind with Sirius, and he'd sworn to his father that he could make Venom see reason and allow the Armada to keep hold of the Shinobi warrior until the threat against their member had past. The possessive bastard inside him was suspicious - likely another trait inherited from Sirius - of the warrior who claimed to have knowledge on the impending attack. While Venom likely wouldn't care for any alleged danger to Hana, Azure hoped she trusted him enough to gift him this one favor.

By the time he reached her den his heavy coat was slick with sweat and his chest was heaving. He allowed his eyes to close, to breathe in relaxation and steady his worries before rapping a paw upon the den. Az felt like he hadn't laid eyes on his Empress in forever - and excitement built in his chest as he called out her nickname. "Little serpent?" His head dared to poke past the furs, sharp aqua eyes struggling to adjust to the dim light.
