Valkyrie wouldn't miss this for the world. She'd bid her children good-bye after giving them firm instructions to be good while she was gone and maybe, just maybe, she'd bring something back for them. But only if they were good. That meant following all of the rules and minding Chaos' father who would be looking after them while the able-bodied adults were busy with their various pack defense tasks. Because that's how this was going to go down, wasn't it? She'd never raided while possessing a permanent base of operations stuffed with goods, but if she had, those uninterested in raiding would have been tasked with defending said goods while the raiders were away.

She arrived and stood on the outskirts for a moment to take stock of all who were present. Valkyrie wasn't yet familiar with every member so her roving gaze was calculating as she assessed the ones she didn't know. They would be fighting side by side soon and she wanted to have an idea of who she would be fighting with. Once she was satisfied she moved to seat herself beside Eldi. A slow, easy smile brightened her usually stoic features as she waited for Tyrian to call them to order. She was ready.
