Words Are Hard

Dagrún nodded at Gossamer's question. "Yea, I'm training to be a warrior. I want to be as strong as my mother some day." Well, and her father too, but in Dag's opinion if her mother really wanted to she could kick dad's butt.
Dagrún gathered some of the loose strands of leather from the bracer project. She started at the bottom, threading the leather cordage through the bottom holes then crisscrossing his way up, alternating the holes on either side to form an 'x' pattern with the lacing. Once she got to the top she tied a little knot at each end of the strand to prevent them slipping back out. Next Gossamer turned her attention to the pouch and placed a piece of the leather cord on either side of the pouch. Picking up one of the leather strands she tied a knot in one end then repeated the process with the other. She then threaded the leather through and then tied and sealed another knot to make sure the cord didn't slip through and cause the pouch to go flying off. Dagrún finally pulled the leather cords tight so that the leather pouch formed more of a pouch than a flat piece.
