Taking one of the thinner sticks he'd peeled off his dart in his jaws he held the dart between his paws then dipped the small stick into the pitch. When he had some on he dabbed it on the dart and set the small stick down before picking the feature up and carefully pressing it into the pitch. He waited for it to dry before doing the others. By the end he had a dart that he couldn't wait to test.
