An enemy! Kichi’s heart soared for joy as his opponent came in. A pup, the second pup he’d ever seen aside from himself. This one wasn’t pink like the one he’d met prior. So which one was the unusual color or were all wolves all manner of colors? Oh well. Kichi wagged his tail, lowering his head and flattening his ears. There was a hunger in his seyes for the fight. “Perfect!” Kichi was going to win, there was no doubt in his mind.
Kichi had not grasped the concept of playing gently as so far he’d only fought large adults that he could put all his inner core into the fight so there would be no soft bites here. The little storm-cloud pup ran forward with exuberance, his attack what most seemed the most obvious. It wasn’t overly hidden as he planned to get to the pup fast enough and with enough force to make sure they couldn’t escape.
If he didn’t connect with neck but something else it wouldn’t matter. Kichi would bite down solidly to try and get first blood. Spars weren’t meant to last long but quick fast things so less risk of lethal damage after all.
