Meet and greet

Plague sat back from the project he had given himself of making a bit of armor and examined the end product carefully. When he had found his way out of that crumbling, haunted house with this skull he hadn't been sure what he would even do with it, but he had dutifully carried it back to Ashen with him none of the less. He still felt an odd attachment to it since that night and considering it had served him well during his fight with... whatever that was, it only seemed fitting to include it in his armor. He slipped his head through the main opening and fiddled with the straps till it sat just right against his chest and shoulders, glancing down at the skull that sat as an extra bit of protection on his right shoulder. He wasn't sure how effective it would be there just yet, but it was a nice trinket to carry with him all the same.

With a satisfied huff he turned to walk away from his den, wanting to wear the armor around for a bit to make sure that it fit as well in motion as it did while he was standing still. Having something that was going to be uncomfortable and distracting during a fight would do him more harm than good. He edged around the border of the territory in a bit of an unofficial patrol, his emerald eyes scanning the land ahead of him. He spotted a figure he wasn't entirely familiar with, though he knew that his absence had caused a good portion of the pack to become that way for him. It reminded him of the fact that getting reintegrated into the pack required more than just regaining his sister's good graces...

He turned his path a bit so that it would lead him closer to the stranger, offering him a dip of his head in greeting once they drew nearer to each other. "Hello there," he said simply, looking at the man curiously to see if he was looking for something to occupy his time as well or if this would just be a passing greeting.
