The Shinobi didn't respond right away and instead considered his response with a slight tilt of his head. It wasn't anything personal and he'd be a liar if he claimed any affection or pity for her. It was just that Hattori did not like to see potential or assets wasted, they would both gain something from this and as long as they were honest about their expectations he saw no reason as to why they couldn't come to some sort of arrangement.
