The Jungle Book
It had scarcely been a few hours since he’d been accepted into Ashen but Raijin was quick to begin exploring. He had a lot of ground to cover, considering they were also apparently allied to Ashen Armada, a nearby offshoot from this main pack. It was a common notion to him for there to be splinters from a main pack, hell even Iga had several villages on the outskirts of the main hub, though he realized that not all packs functioned like that. He’d come across small packs and big packs alike which ran differently from the way he’d been raised and each of them functioned in their own manner that best worked for them. As long as it worked he had no reason to judge.
He’d decided to visit an island described to be a jungle with a large mountain in the middle. He didn’t think he would be exploring the mountain that day, perhaps the next, but perhaps he could catch himself something to snack on within the dense foliage and meet some of his new packmates. Ever the social butterfly, the man was eager to start forming relationships with those around him. The more he knew the more powerful he felt because then he could start deducing what made them tick and what they could be persuaded to do. Not that he would manipulate them...but just in case. So, he trekked on through the jungle.
