The pair seemed to be working well together. With the cat's tail snapped off, Raijin dove for one hind leg. From where he stood, Chimera heard the pop as the joint dislocated. Again the feline screamed, this time spinning and striking out at the older wolf. The strike hit and Raijin came away with blood on his face. Too slow.

Since the cat was distracted, the black and white boy lunged, sinking his teeth into the hip of the tiger. With that last wound, the cat had had enough. Though it only had three working legs, it began to ran away as fast as it could. No reason to stop now though. Chi put on the speed and began to chase it from the woods.
