Viper heard the call of the empress though wouldn’t be keen on the reasoning and honestly the call from her being so important. She knew Hattori, but she didn’t know Venom. Still, she wanted to try and do right to herself by doing good for the pack. It was new for her to feel this way plus being inside a pack that didn’t have her as a prisoner.

She went forward to Venom’s call, coming up to face her at an angle. She wouldn’t say anything as she waited, and expected the task to be given to her in time. She may not be a very good mentor when given the opportunity, but that didn’t mean she wasn’t willing. Still if she wasn’t needed or asked to mentor a young one, it wouldn’t kill her. Not to say it wouldn’t hurt her feelings though. Her scars had shown her experience among the last few seasons, even if they could have appeared to be through the last few years. It was time to show someone her worth.
