The fight was brief, though Azure hardly had time to admire his handiwork upon Zagan's muzzle before another appeared. This one had an all-business air about him and unlike the younger male had no interest in chatter. That suited Az just fine, he was here to draw blood and shed some himself not to get into a dick-measuring contest.

This wolf was smaller, and Az was momentarily taken back by the body slam attempt from one half his height. His chest hit into Az's knee and the yearling seethed in pain, shuffling his weight onto his other leg and yanking the left limb backwards and up to try and prevent further damage. As the jaws flew forward, Az pulled his upper body into the air and back down in an attempt both to dodge the bite and to drive the bone spur upon his left elbow down onto the top of the wolf's neck before his bite could land.
