Torrent's attention locked onto Tyrian and she had just stepped towards him in concern at how the fight went against him, when movement alongside her made her flinch away reflexively. With her attention fixed on Tyrian she reacted too slowly to completely move out of the way as she would have been able to if she were alert, but she managed to dodge most of the odd, ungainly weapon. As it was, the side of the skull rather than the tusked part smacked into her hip as the unknown wolf tried to dart past. Torrent grunted, her leg buckling slightly as the muscle seized, but anger roared to life in her and she twisted to lash out with her jaws aiming to seize the male by the base of the tail with the intention of dragging him within reach of her chest. As she lurched for him, Asriel sought to dart in front of Plague, one set of claws lashing out in an attempt to lacerate his face. Torrent was only distantly aware of the snow leopard's action, though. The raid was almost forgotten in her fury at the mockery the Ashen wolf's "weapon" made of his attack on her, and the edges of her vision narrowed and danced with black and red as her focus dwindled to just her attacker. She was going to start by pinning the bastard down and taking away his stupid toy, then take him apart...
