From the corner of his eye Hattori noticed that Venom had felled one enemy and was no focusing on another...except from what he could see their exchange seemed rather casual, relaxed as though they weren't in the midst of a raid. Did they know one another? His brows furrowed in displeasure but he was quick to cast the matter aside, now was not the time for distractions.

Hattori's opponent was quick to crouch lower and brace for the impact. A wise choice, to use his own weight and momentum against him. But the raider didn't just leave it at that, Hattori saw a flash of bared teeth as the stranger aimed to grab a hold of his leg. If nothing Hattori could say that these Fireside wolves were not mindless marauders,  they knew what they were doing and were quick of paw and mind. But it would take far much more than a leg nip to halt Hattori in his tracks, his bones were stronger now and Hattori was more than willing to brute force his way through. Not to mention a quick slash of his talons would likely ward his muzzle away. Hattori steeled himself as he raised a front paw and aimed at the soft skin atop the raider's snout to slash his bite away, whilst he hunkered low, shoulder aimed forward as he braced for impact.
