Balthier was getting more adventurous as the days went on. He was certainly a brave soul and wished nothing more than to be a great and strong hunter like his father. So he tried to explore the lands of Abaven often, out to the borders with a careful eye of any stranger that could potentially try to snatch him up or hurt him. He may have wanted to be a strong wolf for his family and Abaven, but he wasn't dumb and knew that at his young age it would take time and years to perfect himself for such a task. He definitely wasn't a gloater for sure, and he was highly respectable to his elders and even pups his age.

He stayed in the area of his family's den today, taking a stroll down the stream of Serpent Plains kicking at the fluffy snow that accumulated through the plains and watching it float and roll down the bank's edge. His mother and his new-found sister on his mind most of the time now. But he tried not to let the sad feelings sour his mind. He came to a thin area of the stream, stopping before leaping over to the other side and walking back the way he came only on the opposite side of the stream this time. He wasn't sure what he would want to do today. As he and his siblings were growing older, they seemed to go off and do their own things around Abaven.
