★ On Thin Ice [Navigation Event]
With hind paws spread clawing at the bottom of the ice the frigid water coating her hind end trying its best to coaks her back under. Each time she managed to haul more of her belly and hind onto dry land she was only to slip farther back into the hole she had created with black claws digging into the exposed ice. The slow cold winds that moved over the ice sheeted water shaking the dark femora to the core, whining softly threw the heavy pants that left her lulled open maw. How Addison dreaded the cold, but what she dreaded more was asking for help. When the other lupine made her way to her with an extended paw it was hard for her to even grab the paw that helped dragged her frame up onto the ice.
Sitting there with heavy breaths that steamed when it made contact with the air the canines hazed orbs rolled up to the one with a pelt of night. "T-thank you..." and with her simple words the voice of the other echoed out in their direction warning of the thin ice that they once had almost met the dangers of. With a moment of rest, the small brown frame scooted across the ice on her belly careful not to fall back threw the ice, peering back to the black blur who had pulled her out of the water making sure that she wasn't too far behind.
