He stepped into the early morning sunrise, and picked his way along the bright-specked sand. As the first glints of amber began to dance across the waves, the man fell into the familiar routine of his stretches. Moving one paw forward, and leaning over it, moving another, and then picking up speed. Moving with the lithful grace of a dancer, he flowed through the motions of his warriors' dance. Snapping into striking cobra, and holding the painful pose for a long moment. relaxing into the long bearing of rearing tiger.
Motion, motion, and then stillness. Bringing himself back to his center of gravity, and leaning into the sunrise. Eyes closed as he enjoyed the feeling and familiar routine of stretching his muscles, and the warm dance of sunlight that had began to break free of the horizon.
