And just like that, it was done. She had flipped Naiche and pinned him, her teeth in his throat. The sweet words, 'I submit' found the warriors grey ears followed by the words, 'You win.' It was musical. It was magical. It was exactly what she needed. Aslatiel stood over Naiche a moment more before releasing her hold on his throat. She licked her bloodied maw as she smiled down upon the prone wolf. "Thanks, Golden Boy."

Aslatiel stepped away from Naiche, allowing him to rise. She turned to look at both her mother and father. This had been a real battle. Her prowess was tried and true, proven for all to see. Blood trickled down the back of her neck and there would most likely be scarring on her muzzle, but it was all worth it. She deserved this title and this all proved it.
