A mirror in hand

The purple nymph was slowly getting fed up of the called and dreary days. She missed the flowers in full bloom and the lands bustling with life. The animals were scarce and their was no song to be heard up in the sky. She would sigh in boredome, venturing away from Fireside borders to get a change in scenery. Her long, doe like legs would carry her deep into a forest. She often loved to be surrounded by the tall trees and and exploring all the paths to see where it may lead. But today was different, she was constantly tripping over overgrown vines and the wind like daggers would pass her curvy body. Despite her not so elegant walk, she would continue deeper until suddenly her forelimbs would submerge in a massive puddle of mud. Due to paying no attention at all, the front of her chest would also submerge. She would growl in frustation before pulling away and shaking her pelt, looking rather improper. She would turn around to leave the forest though she had not realised how far in she had travelled so would decide to take a rest. The ground was wet and soggy and she knew she would certainly not travel back to the soulless forest anytime soon. A while longer she would finally find a small stream and in an effort to clean herself up, she would slowly submerge her front half into the water though quickly decided it was far too cold. She would look upon herself in the water and would accept the state in her appearance. She was totally unaware of anyone close by. She would let out a huff, deciding to take a small break by the water. "text text text" |
