Cicero!

Ever on the lookout for useful things, Cicero had decided to inspect this place where the trees grew in lines. Yes, of course someone had planted them that way once upon a time, but they had done what they were told and had stayed in those lines. It was an interesting thing to see. It didn't matter that the branches were overgrown and a few of the trees had given up their hold on life. They were in lines. It was fun. The winter breeze brought the smell of man with it and the obsidian dame tucked her ears for a moment, brow furrowing. Hopefully it wasn't another wolf along to ask her for something. 'Teach me this. Make me that.' It got annoying after a while. Couldn't a girl just have a day of exploration all to herself? The commotion coming from up ahead proved that this would not be the case today. Padding forward on dainty little paws, Cicero peered around one of the overgrown trees. There was a big brute there. He was staring down a hole? Ohhhh, and he was yelling down the hole as well. OHHHHHH, and someone at the bottom was yelling back! Curiosity struck. Dammit. Sliding forward, Cicero handed the brute a stick since he seemed to be collecting them. Nonchalantly, like they were old friends that had known one another forever, she handed him yet another. "And who are we murdering today?" Heavily lashed silver eyes gave a bat or two before she scanned around for more debris to shove in the hole. It was a great game. She hoped he'd play along and let her play as well. "Speech" |
