crossing a bridge

It wasn’t her first time at the bifrost, but her adventures in this direction had been seldom and far between. She still had a lot to explore, a lot to experience. She wanted to find the wild grove again, and sit amongst its flowers. Or, perhaps this time she would go further into the Southern territory, and find a sight even more beautiful. That she might perch demurely amongst them and be admired by all that passed.
Setting her sights on the landbar, she made her way towards the beach. It wasn’t long before she realised she was not alone. She gasped at the sight of him, the tall boy with the most brilliant flecking of blues down his coat. He looked like a dream. How she loved the color blue! Not as much as red, of course, but it was a very close second. She perched her muzzle upwards, breathing in the scent of him, taking in the glossy tones of his brilliant coat. Her little horned star-colored cat clinging to the fur behind her ears, and pairing out over her forehead. “Oh! You're marvelous!” she applauded him with genuine admiration in her voice, as through his looks had been all his own doing. After all, she was accustomed to people stopping and staring as she walked by, admiring her and calling her out for the achievement of being beautiful.
