Digging Yourself Deeper [Pit Crafting and Hunting]

Fidelias had been hunting mice in their tunnels under the old dead grass, plowing through the light snow with his nose, or he would have seen and avoided company. As it was he froze awkwardly when he realized he was almost upon Ardyn digging in the ground. After a long moment of hesitation curiosity won out over his shyness and he crabbed closer to the doings. He crouched at the edge of the started pit to study the action. He carefully kept his eyes on Ardyn's paws, or the shovel. It didn't seem like he was digging a den, since dens weren't in his limited experience dug straight downwards, but Fidelias couldn't quite decide what it could possibly be. "What are you doing?" he finally asked, his voice a quiet mumble.
