Skælingr's fangs missed their initial target and he skidded on his front paws as he arced around sharply to bring them face to face as Cairo lunged for him. Skæ's jaws dove down as Cairo seized the back of his neck half way between his head and his shoulders. It wasn't enough to stop Skæ's attack as he rotated his head and attempted to bite into Cairo's left armpit, seeking to damage the sensitive area. He felt a paw upon his back but he steeled himself, kicking off with his hind legs as he attempted to throw his shoulders forward and throw the man off balance now that he was on three legs instead of four. He didn't know of Enito's attack as his lemur, Indri, charged forward to intercept the mandrill, aiming to slap the other in the face and keep the fight evenly matched.
