An irish elk is grazing on the plans
Through no fault of her own, Ruin didn't get out much. But she'd seen deer and elk and...well she was pretty fucking sure they weren't supposed to get that big. Like sure whatever, she was small so her idea of big and tall didn't really apply to everyone else but-yeah...that wasn't right nor was it natural. She'd been going out her business, fucking around with people's dens and filling their bedrolls and furs with rocks, only to pull back and see it looming in the distance. It's gigantic antlers spread wide like a tree canopy. She didn't dare to get close, she was a little shit but she didn't have a deathwish and instead hung back as she observed it approach the twisting river that meandered through the Plain. The smart thing to do would be to summon the other's, to call attention to this larger than life monster of an elk but...nah, she wasn't feeling it. There were kids running about which...it'd suck if they got squished underhoof but no one was around. Yet. They'd be fine.
It stomped along, leaving massive hoof prints in the snow, still overshadowing many of the trees that littered the land as it bowed down to take a drink. Ruin wondered if it would suck the river dry with one gulp. Still though, Ruin had no idea what to make of the creature: aside from a general sense of what the ever living fuck???? Maybe this season would be far interesting than the last.
