Naiche was a general! General Naiche! His primary focus was on training the other wolves both the newcomers and keeping the veterans sharp. General Naiche. It was a nice enough thought to make some of the snow a more forgivable thing for a short short bit. In quite the happy spirit after leaving Sirius he found Tam’s scent and made off at a trot to find her. About that point, his muscles reminded Naiche that they were actually quite sore in a number of areas but then that thought was pushed aside with what he wanted to ask Tam about and wondering how he would ask her about it. After all, it wasn’t a big deal and if you say it wrong it might seem like something but it really was nothing but since she was here it still seemed ok to ask her about the nothing. Naiche realized after a moment that even he couldn’t follow his own thoughts. Deep thinking was too damn much work. Eventually, he found his way back to her old den. Grinning he stepped forward, then halted as he questioned himself again of where he’d start but, well, it’d all come out right when the talking started, probably. “Hey Tam, thanks.” Offering a small grin, “I imagine you gave a positive review to Sirius.” Of course, Sirius had been there and seen it all himself but surely her voice held some weight and, it was easier to start with thank you than the question banging in his head.
