Song fortunately either didn't pick up on her lack of knowledge or either chose not to make any comment upon the matter as the two sisters continued down to the beach. Whichever it was, Novella was happy by the outcome and simply peered into the first pool that they came to a stop at. Song had finally given a little explanation, though it still certainly didn't make Novella feel entirely uneducated and she simply watched the various creatures in the current pool and glanced around to the surrounding ones as well, amazed by the large number of them, the young wolf certainly hadn't seen anything like this before.
No longer caring about what tides were and certainly having some idea as to what the tide pools meant, Novella shifted from Song's side, leaving her to the fish in that particular pool whilst she searched for her own. The task certainly wasn't too difficult with the number of pools suddenly she found herself amazed as a rock grew legs and began to move and for a moment forgot all about looking for fish. "What's this thing?" Old enough to know it surely couldn't be an actual rock, Novella now walked around the edge of the little pool, following the funny creature as it travelled around shallow water.
