Turning Trees

The young wolf looked up at the sky when she noticed a shift in the light. It looked as though it was going to rain and soon. Unfortunately, Resnera wouldn't have time to make it back to her home before hand. She wasn't too far out, so the idea wasn't all that trouble some, and it looked more like a light rain than a thunderstorm. Her eyes brightened at the thought of a thunderstorm. Though they were scary to most Resnera enjoyed them, at least when she was safe and huddled inside of a den. The sheer power and brilliance of them just sent her into awe.

She continued walking, trying to find a suitable place to wait out the rain, when she came upon a white wolf. He seemed to be sleeping, so Resnera gently cleared her throat to catch his attention. She didn't want to startle him! "Hello there. Who are you?" She cocked her head to the side and stared at him openly with her bright blue eyes.
