Lee blew out a breath of relief when Ardyn came to her side, feeling much more secure with her older brother next to her in the fury of the storm. Her dual blue eyes followed his gaze when he mentioned the lattice and saw how the snow weighted greatly on it, threatening to break. "If you need some help with that, let me know, i'd be glad to help you out with it. I'm surprised that it is still holding up. She offered, while she did not have the nimble thumb like toes like he and the primates had, she could still gather the wood needed for the lattice. She frowned daintily when Ardyn brought up the current weather and she had noticed some of the older wolves mumbling amongst themselves about the coldness to the air. "Yeah they did, I hear some of the other wolves mutter about how the weather is uncharacteristic for this time." Laoise replied, her russet brows curling together slightly in worry. "I hope that it doesn't last long and this is just a fluke." she muttered, her breath fogging in front of her lips and snatched away by the wind.
Her sullen expression did not last long however, her elegant face beaming brightly when Ardyn asked her if she wanted to make a cloak. She had always been slightly jealous of the other wolves that walked around with their warm cloaks on and she could used this time to pick up a few pointers when she helped Ardyn make one. "That sounds like fun!" she got to her paws and padded after her brother, her shorter legs working a little harder than his long strides as she kept up with him. She glanced at her sibling when he asked how it felt, knowing he probably meant about their age but she smirked and replied playfully "Oh, you know.... Cold... Im sure my nose has frozen off by now." Laoise giggled and wiggled her snout pointedly but was silently relieved that she could actually still feel it. The tawny and russet brindle girl would be ecstatic when the temperatures finally rose and the cold stopped nipping at her skin through her thick fur.
