Chimera’s thought of the uneven ground wouldn’t be rejected. She didn’t oppose anything he had to offer. Her lack of confidence not on the surface but this was why she watched him for their activities and let Chimera do as he pleased. There would be no objection for what he wanted. She started flattening the ground where they dug up the dirt, pushing a layer of snow and ice overtop along the way. She would again find herself beside Chimera, bumping into him if they were both not careful, where she would glance at his face a moment before continuing, starting to get a dusting of snow into the hole itself. It was hard not to uncover the dirt they had just covered, but it didn’t have to be perfect. The horse shouldn’t expect the pit on the other side, so it should have been an easy break for them. |
