As they worked, they bumped into one another and Chimera's ears instinctively flattened against his skull. He didn't like people touching him. Not one bit. It wasn't intentional and Viper didn't make a big deal out of it, so he brushed it off and continued his work. The pair of wolves flattened out the dirt and covered it with snow. It was a little more difficult to dust the bottom of the hole with snow and by the end Chimera gave up on the task. It wouldn't matter anyway. Whatever the ran across the river should fall right into the hole with the pair of wolves and the two dogs running it ragged. Chimera looked at the brown and black woman with his mismatched gaze. He waited for her to make the next move. When she did so, Chi let out a low woof, calling the mastiffs back from whatever they were doing in the trees alongside the river. "Snarl" |
