I Hope It's Gonna Be A Long One

Viper quickly went forward as Chimera joined her, the mastiffs coming along as routine when they were ready to start their hunt. The familiar scent came to her and she would instantly turn toward the smell of boar as she had done so recently with Hattori. Their tiny hooves were in a path in the snow and she would lay eyes on only three of them through the trees. But it seemed they weren’t quiet enough as they approached. Maybe Viper was suddenly a bit too roused to start her chase and kill beside Chimera. They would have to be quick this time to reach their goal.
